At Fit Mommy Charleston you can get your sweat on up to 6 times a week! Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays we are in Mount Pleasant and Tuesdays, Wednesdays (Yoga) and Fridays we are on Daniel Island. In addition to our weekly workouts, we have a Saturday “FamJam” workout once a month and a Saturday “Bootcamp” workout once a month!
