6-week prenatal fitness class – appropriate for all fitness levels at every trimester!



This 6 week prenatal fitness class will highlight the many benefits of exercise and movement throughout pregnancy. Appropriate for all fitness levels at every trimester. Designed to increase energy and provide strength training exercises. Each 45 minute class will have elements of cardio, strength, and stretching.

Saturdays at 9:00 AM from September 14 – October 19
