At Fit Mommy Charleston, we're moms just like you! We offer high-quality, motivational fitness classes designed to be safe and empowering at every stage of motherhood. We believe that motherhood is a journey best shared, and that we’re stronger in every way when we support each other. Together, we’re setting an example for our children and showing them that living an active, healthy lifestyle can be fun and fulfilling!

Strength & Interval
Training
The workouts incorporate cardio interval training to improve endurance and full body circuit training to improve muscle tone. In our program we use resistance bands and weights. Exercises are introduced at various levels of difficulty so moms of all fitness levels can participate!
Designed for Postpartum & Pregnant Women
The workout is designed to address the needs of pregnant and postpartum women, whether you had your baby 6 weeks ago or many years ago! Our butt kicking workouts will build muscle and improve fitness level!
Our Classes
We offer an assortment of classes and fun activities to our members. Fit Mommy is more than just a workout class, it’s a group of women who empower each other in motherhood.
Our Workouts
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we offer workout classes outdoors at a variety of park locations around Charleston. Moms can bring littles or come kid-free. These are 50 minute classes that involve a warm up, a variety of strength training exercises with weights or bands, include cardio and finish with a cool down. Each workout is unique and we offer regressions or progressions for every level of fitness whether pregnant or postpartum.
MNO (Mom’s Night Out)
Once a month we meet up at various locations around Charleston for drinks, a fun activity, dinner, or brunch! This is a fun way to catch up with mom friends and enjoy some delicious eats!
Kids’ Event
At least once a month we offer a kid’s activity after the workout. Supplies are provided. This is a great way for kids to get creative and the best part is we are outdoors so the mess stays out of the house!
Mom Meetups
Every Wednesday at 9:30 we meet at a different coffee shop or fun location somewhere around the Charleston area to enjoy each other’s company and go for a walk! Sometimes we will stop at a playground or we will have a fun pop up event! Check out the schedule page or our Instagram to stay up to date on specific locations.
Family Days
We offer many family events and workouts throughout the year. It’s a great way to get dads involved.
