Join us for a workout!
WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect to do a warm-up, interval training, a cool down, and likely some stretching at the end. You can stay and play after with other moms.
WHERE TO MEET: You’ll see our FitMommy sign in the grass in the middle of the park (or closer to the playground).
WHERE TO PARK: Park somewhere along the park perimeter. There are lots of parking spots.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat or towel
Water
Stroller (if desired)
Weights (We will have 5lbs, 8lbs, and 10lbs to borrow if you don’t own any)
Kids
OPTIONAL ITEMS TO BRING:
Toys for your kids
Snacks for your kids
