Join us for a workout and stay after for some fun in the splash pad with popsicles!
WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect to do a warm up, interval training, a cool down, and likely some stretching at the end. You can stay and play after with other moms.
WHERE TO MEET: You’ll see our FitMommy sign in the grass or in the middle of the park where we’ll be working out.
WHERE TO PARK: Park around the half circle surrounding the park. There is always room to parallel park.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat or towel
Water
Stroller (if desired)
Weights (We will have 5lbs, 8lbs, and 10lbs to borrow if you don’t own any)
Kids
Swimsuits for kids or clothes to get wet
OPTIONAL ITEMS TO BRING:
Toys for your kids
Snacks for your kids
