Join us for a workout!
WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect to do a warm-up, interval training, a cool down, and likely some stretching at the end. You can stay and play after with other moms.
WHERE TO MEET: You’ll see us in the grass or by the circle of flowers near the road where we’ll be working out.
WHERE TO PARK: Park under the bridge and walk towards the middle grassy field
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat or towel
Water
Stroller (if desired)
Weights (We will have 10lbs to borrow if you don’t own any)
Kids
OPTIONAL ITEMS TO BRING:
Toys for your kids
Snacks for your kids
