Join us for a workout!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect to do a warm up, interval training, a cool down, and likely some stretching at the end. You can stay and play after with other moms.

WHERE TO MEET: Near the soccer fields that are beside the pavilion.

WHERE TO PARK: There is parking available in front of the pavilion. There is a pond with a fountain nearby to confirm you’re in the right area.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat or towel

  • Water

  • Stroller (if desired)

  • Weights (We will have 5lbs, 8lbs, and 10lbs to borrow if you don’t own any)

  • Kids

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO BRING:

  • Toys for your kids

  • Snacks for your kids
