Join us for a workout and fun toddler time!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect to do a warm-up, interval training, a cool down, and likely some stretching at the end. You can stay and play after with other moms. Finish the workout with Toddler Time at the Daniel Island Rec Center.

WHERE TO MEET: Meet by the pavilion across from the dime

WHERE TO PARK: Park near the basketball court or sand volleyball court.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat or towel

  • Water

  • Stroller (if desired)

  • Weights (We will have 5lbs, 8lbs, and 10lbs to borrow if you don’t own any)

  • Kids

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO BRING:

  • Toys for your kids

  • Snacks for your kids
